Job Description
Manage and maintain the CEO’s office, ensuring it’s always clean, organized, and presentable for meetings and visits.
Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments for the CEO and guests, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Manage and maintain office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and copiers, ensuring they are in good working order.
Provide general support to the CEO and other executives, including answering phones and taking messages.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO’s office and personal affairs.
Handle the CEO’s incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

Secondary School, Diploma
Any
Prior experience as an office assistant, office boy, or similar role, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners, along with basic computer skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Ability to maintain a neat and tidy appearance and a professional demeanor at all times.
Fluency in English is essential and Arabic languages.
