Job Description

1. Responsible for establishing a training framework and systematic tools for the fulfilment chain

2. Develop training management mechanisms for blue-collar workers and frontline managers, addressing operational requirements, role-specific needs, and pain points

3. Develop standardised training programmes, specialised courses, and learning materials for all operational roles, ensuring timely updates and iterations

4. Establish offline training mechanisms for all operational positions, including organising and delivering in-person sessions

5. Monitor training progress and employee learning records across roles through data analysis, driving continuous improvement

6. Foster sustainable business growth by optimising operational challenges and enhancing overall performance

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over five years’ experience in warehouse/store training management;

2. Strong communication, coordination and team management skills, capable of effectively collaborating with teams to accomplish tasks;

3. Excellent data analysis, logical reasoning and strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to accurately identify critical issues and integrate team resources to resolve them;

4. Outstanding project management and business drive capabilities, adept at coordinating upstream and downstream stakeholders, capable of concluding issues and delivering business outcomes;

5. Proficient in office software, data processing tools, and warehouse management systems, with strong planning and organisational capabilities; 6. Skilled in written and spoken English communication.
