About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager for our client to lead their operations and drive business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is critical to expanding their footprint in the region by developing strong client relationships, driving sales, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitiveness.

Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, train, and supervise branch employees.

Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

Motivate and lead a high-performing team.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in KSA.

Liaise with government entities and partners to maintain compliance.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and branch performance.

Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any GCC National, Indian, Nepali

Any Graduation

Any

12–16 years of professional experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in KSA.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of Riyadh’s customer and market dynamics.

Education: MBA preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute sales plans effectively.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred).

Benefits Monthly fixed salary: SAR 22,000 – 25,000 Commissions: SAR 7,000 – 8,000 (paid quarterly)
