Oversee the scale-up of chemical processes from laboratory to industrial production, managing technical challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, prioritizing workplace and environmental protection.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation, communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, mechanical engineers, and operators, to achieve project goals.
Evaluate and select appropriate equipment for chemical processes, considering performance, cost, and safety.
Monitor and control chemical reactions, optimizing process parameters to meet production targets and quality.

Holds relevant certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license, showcasing professional commitment.
Brings 5-10 years of experience in the chemical or related industry, indicating practical knowledge and expertise.
Exhibits a deep understanding of chemical unit operations and process control principles, showcasing core knowledge.
