Operational Support:
Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Discuss staff evolvement, behavior, etc. according to company policy.
Update Managing Director of all acquisitions.
Coordinate local or international staff training.
Maintain accurate records and databases for all the employees regarding any types of documents request.
Serve as a liaison between branches and head office, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency in the branches and the head office.
Oversee logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
