Job Summary
As an HR External Services Manager, you are responsible to lead the team for daily process and transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses and registration while liaising with various government departments and agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
Research and monitors government activities that could affect the organizations business and clients.
Assists senior managers and leaders with strategic planning for known and potential regulatory activities related to the business and industry.
Builds and maintains professional relationships with members of the local government entities and agencies.
Help in normal or sudden inspection cases.
Work and coordinate closely with operations managers/supervisors for daily operations.
Manage GROs and make sure to provide high service level to company and employees.
Solving problems and issues related to government entities.
Monitor all registration documents valid and renew them about 2 months in advance.
Lead or help in closing any special government entities requests.
Manage the iqamas, licenses, payments, and mandatory memberships that linked with iqama renewal properly.
Introduces new legislative and public policy changes to management to act on properly.
Coordinate with concerned persons/departments to prepare related supportive documents for registration documents renewal.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor or diploma degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Relations, or related field required.
Ten years of experience in public relations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong government contacts at high levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
