Analyze customer manufacturing processes and provide tailored solutions, recommending the most suitable machine tools and accessories to meet their needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations, fostering trust and loyalty.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations, including accurate pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide technical training and support to customers on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in metal cutting technology, including new products, software, and industry trends.
Conduct on-site machine tool evaluations and performance assessments, providing expert recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Participate in industry trade shows and conferences, representing the company and promoting its products to a wider audience.
Manage and resolve customer technical issues, working closely with service and engineering teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions.

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales engineering within the metal cutting machine tool industry.
Exhibits a proven track record of successfully selling and supporting CNC machine tools and related equipment.
Displays exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and resolving technical challenges effectively.
Exhibits a strong understanding of machine tool applications, including milling, turning, and grinding processes.
Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
