Job Description

Administrative Support:Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members.
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Documentation & Filing:Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and hard copies.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordination & Communication:Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments.
Support Tasks: Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines.
Order supplies and manage inventory for the team.

Filipino

Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)

Female

Local Candidates inside KSA.
Filipino Nationality – Female only.
Proven experience as an administrative or team assistant role preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
