Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
Research trends, sounds, and formats to create engaging, viral content.
Plan and manage both organic content and paid TikTok campaigns.
Optimize ad spend to lower cost per lead and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and internal teams.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (views, leads, CPL, conversions).
Continuously test creative, targeting, and funnel strategies to scale growth.

Experience in education, ed-tech, or consumer services is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
