Job Description

Learn, demonstrate and achieve results through delivering excellent quality, service and facilities management.
Ensure that each customer’s visit to the restaurant meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations of quality service, cleanliness and value after managing customer complaints.
Ensure that the total customer satisfaction resulting in comparable sales and transaction count growth.
Ensure that staff is motivated and productive and are able to meet or exceed each customer’s expectations by training them on crew stations.
Know and ensure that appropriate and fair business, personnel practices, labor laws, health safety and environment procedures are followed within the law and consistent with company’s policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Hotel Management(Hotel Management)

Male

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is advantage)
2 years experience in hospitality industry
or fresh graduate from hotel management or relevant management programs
