Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
A Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing and overseeing engineering projects within an organization. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project resources, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Lead projects from initiation to handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
. Develop comprehensive project execution plan, set targets, milestones and resource allocation.
. Implement project designs ensuring compliance with client requirements.
. Review and approve engineering designs, specifications and technical documentation.
. Monitor progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
. Collaborate with consultant engineers and sub contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
. Ensure to meet quality, safety, building codes and regulatory standards in project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Minimum experience of 6 years in villa construction & interior fit-out.
. Capable of understanding MEP drawings.
. Must be proficient in preparing civil related shop drawings using Auto Cad for execution purposes.
. G+1 Dubai Municipality License with a valid SOE certification.
. UAE Driving License.
