* Proven track record in procurement, preferably in metals, scrap trading, or demolition industries. * Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. * Market knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials. * Financial acumen in pricing, costing, and contract management. * Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement software. * Knowledge of Saudi procurement regulations and compliance standards. * Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. * Saudi Metals Industry Experience is mandatory”
