Coordinator III, Offline

An exciting opportunity is available Coordinator III, Offline or Admin. Coordinator, based in Dammam KSA who will report directly to Offline Supervisor.

Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Coordinator III, Offline on providing basic clerical and Administration services to a specific area of the organization working under general supervision

In this role, you will be responsible of:

Undertakes administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people under general supervision.
Answers telephone, takes messages and answers routine questions.
Coordinates the management of internal/external correspondence to ensure all staff receive intended communications accordingly.
Types and distributes memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.
Undertakes photocopying, binding and copy typing as requested.
Monitors stock level of office supplies to ensure that supply always meets demand.
Receives visitors and callers, ensuring cordial hospitality to all guests and visitors.
Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
