KKLM Passenger Transport by Luxury Motor Vehicles LLC is expanding its premium fleet and seeking Professional Light Vehicle Drivers to represent our brand across Uber, Careem, Yango, Bolt, and direct corporate bookings. If you’re punctual, policy-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service, we offer a structured path to high earnings and long-term growth.

Salary & Benefits
– AED 1,600/month (AED 1,000 basic + AED 600 Allowances)
– Visa and Emirates ID fully covered by the company
– Salary begins from the first completed order
– Monthly payment by the 15th, in full compliance with UAE labor law

KPI Compliance Incentives
Drivers who consistently follow company policies, maintain punctuality, and adhere to staff instructions may earn monthly performance-based incentives:
– Up to AED 400/month during summer (June–August)
– Up to AED 900/month during season (September–May)

Eligibility is reviewed monthly by HR and Operations. Incentives are awarded based on attendance, schedule adherence, and compliance with operational protocols.

Performance Commission
Drivers who exceed monthly income targets under partnered shift schedules are eligible for commission-based earnings. This structure rewards high-performing individuals and encourages consistent effort and operational alignment.

Monthly Earning Potential
Drivers who meet performance and compliance benchmarks can earn over AED 5,000/month, inclusive of commission and incentives.

Requirements
– Valid UAE Category 3 Driving License (Light Vehicle)
– Familiarity with ride-hailing apps preferred
– Professional conduct, punctuality, and adherence to company standards are essential
