Real Estate Agent – Off Plan & Secondary Market (UAE)
We are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate and have a proven track record in sales, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties in the UAE
• Generate leads, follow up with clients, and close successful deals
• Provide professional guidance and support to clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, developers, and projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (off-plan and/or secondary market)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
Compensation Structure:
• 50% commission on company-provided leads
• 70% commission on personal leads
