Job Description
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other trade models to identify and resolve clashes.
Develop and update 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit or other BIM tools.
Interpret MEP drawings and specifications to accurately model systems.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and incorporate changes as required.
Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models as needed.
Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with design intent and project standards.
Maintain project documentation and file organization as per company BIM standards.
Assist in creating and maintaining BIM families and content libraries.

Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)
Any
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
5+ years of experience in MEP modeling using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components.
Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and BIM collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360, Navisworks Manage).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
