Job Description
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience Head Baker in bakery operations within 5 Star hotels or fine bakery establishments.
· Expertise in artisanal breads, viennoiserie, and specialty baked goods.
· Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a bakery team while maintaining 5-star standards.
· Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking techniques, and innovative recipes.
· Skilled in production planning, portion control, and minimizing waste.
· Excellent understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety.
