Job Description
Store & Customer Service
Open and operate the shop daily, keep it tidy and welcoming.
Assist walk-in customers, answer product questions, upsell when appropriate.
Handle the POS system for all in-store transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Inventory & Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and ship online orders (check SKUs, neat packaging).
Maintain and audit stock: count, record, restock shelves, flag low items.
Keep the storage/packing area organized.

What We’re Looking For
Retail / shop supervision or e-commerce experience preferred (not required if highly motivated and organized).
Comfort with social media content creation & basic SEO.
Familiarity with POS & inventory systems (Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar is a plus).
Strong English communication; Arabic a bonus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
Active, energetic, able to work mostly independently.
