Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and professional Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling correspondence, and supporting the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and handle incoming correspondence

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents

Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents

Assist in handling office supplies and inventory

Provide administrative support to management and staff

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a secretary or in an administrative role

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
