Hypermarket Staff

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Hypermarket Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will support various departments to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and guide them within the store

Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately (for cashier roles)

Restock shelves, check expiry dates, and maintain product display

Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

Support in loading/unloading stock and organizing storage areas

Monitor inventory and report low-stock or damaged items

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or hypermarket roles is an advantage

Basic communication skills (English preferred)

Physically fit and able to perform standing or lifting tasks

Polite, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
