Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team specializing in swimming pool equipment, filtration systems, pumps, and PVC and specialty valves. This role is the operational backbone of the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication, accurate order processing, and efficient coordination between our sales reps, inventory, logistics, and our network of dealers, contractors, and distributors
Key Responsibilities
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales files, including accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, shipment confirmations, and technical specification sheets
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or high-volume administrative role. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa, or fluid-handling industries is highly advantageous.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand and manage product nomenclature (e.g., valve sizes, material types, pump curves) and accurately process orders based on technical specifications.
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for tracking) and proven proficiency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
