ARCHIECTURE MODELER

Job Description

Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural and interior design BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and ID disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
Interpret design drawings, sketches, and markups to produce accurate and detailed BIM content.
Support the production of construction documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
Maintain project model integrity through updates, revisions, and version control throughout design and construction phases.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide model-based solutions to support project delivery.
Create and manage Revit families, templates, and libraries in line with office standards.
Assist in implementing and adhering to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Provide guidance to junior modelers and contribute to BIM workflow improvements.

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)

Any

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and ID BIM modeling.
Expertise in Autodesk Revit for architectural and interior design applications.
Proficiency in Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
Familiarity with local and international codes and documentation standards.
Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
