Job Description
Develop accurate and detailed 3D models and shop drawings for wet utilities including potable water, stormwater, sewer, irrigation, and associated infrastructure using Civil 3D.
Generate plan and profile drawings, cross-sections, trench details, and composite utility layouts.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, collaborating with other utility and civil disciplines to resolve conflicts.
Work across different Levels of Development (LOD 200 to 400), ensuring models meet project and authority standards.
Interpret and integrate topographic surveys, utility data, and civil design inputs.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and BIM teams for multi-disciplinary model integration and issue resolution.
Maintain drawing standards, manage layer control, and adhere to company BIM protocols and QA/QC processes.
Support in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
Any
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in modeling and drafting wet utilities for infrastructure projects, preferably within the GCC region.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD is required.
Demonstrated experience producing shop drawings and construction documents.
Strong understanding of utility installation practices, trenching, and pipe network standards.
Experience working with models at different LOD stages (concept to as-built).
Excellent skills in clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution processes.
Familiarity with local municipal and utility authority requirements in the GCC.
