Job Description
Role Purpose
To lead and manage the full spectrum of NEOM office services and workplace operations. As the single point of accountability, you will ensure excellence in facility management, space planning, asset control, event execution, and workplace safety. This role is central to driving strategic alignment with NEOM’s long-term growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service delivery through the leadership of a team of Deputy Managers.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
Drive strategic planning to align workplace operations with NEOM’s long-term growth and expansion objectives.
Translate high-level business goals into actionable, scalable, and flexible service delivery plans.
Consolidate reporting from all functional areas into unified dashboards and performance insights for NEOM Leadership.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Deputy Managers across Building Operations, Office Services Support, Space Planning, and Business Events.
Foster a collaborative culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.
Monitor team KPIs to drive performance and a customer-centric service excellence.
3. Facility Management (FM) & Building Operations
Oversee the daily operation of NEOM office buildings, including maintenance (preventive and reactive), cleaning, security, HSE, reception, catering, and parking.
Ensure all FM services meet established KPIs and performance standards.
4. Space, Asset & Furniture Management
Lead the strategic planning and execution of space design, furniture layouts, and occupant relocations to optimize utilization.
Oversee the entire furniture and asset lifecycle, including inventory, installations, repairs, and warranty management, in compliance with ISO 55000 standards.
5. Business Events & Support Services
Ensure the safe and efficient preparation of event spaces according to NEOM standards.
Oversee the preparation of Permits to Work (PTW) and Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for all internal and external vendor setups.
6. Compliance, Safety & Security
Guarantee full compliance with NEOM Standards, HSE regulations, and local authority requirements across all services.
Manage the Key Control System and locksmith services, ensuring strict access control and 24/7 operational readiness.
7. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for all office services, proactively communicating upcoming activities, events, or works that may impact occupants.
Resolve escalations promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Male
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Minimum 20 years in Facility Management, Corporate Services, or Workplace Management,
with at least 5 years in a leadership position managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP for Project Management or equivalent
HSE certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in CAFM systems, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of IBC and ADA codes and standards.
