Job Description
Organize and maintain company files and documents systematically.
Prepare quotations, official letters, contracts, and business correspondences.
Send, receive, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO in daily tasks and coordination.
Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking sheets for ongoing and upcoming projects, quotations, contracts, and bids.
Follow up on tenders, proposals, and supplier communications.
Support in registration and document submission on client supplier portals (e.g., SAP Ariba, Etimad Platform, Vendor Systems).
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant (preferably in contracting, logistics, or equipment rental).
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and project tracking tools.
Familiarity with supplier registration platforms such as SAP Ariba or Etimad is a strong advantage.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
