Job Description

Precisely measure, cut, and fabricate ductwork components according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring accurate dimensions for optimal airflow.
Install duct systems, including both supply and return air ducts, in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, adhering to building codes and safety regulations.
Securely fasten ductwork using various methods such as screws, rivets, and welding, guaranteeing airtight connections and preventing leaks.
Seal all ductwork joints and seams with appropriate sealants or tape to eliminate air leakage and maximize HVAC system efficiency.

Diploma(Autoclave Operation)

Any

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC or sheet metal work is a plus.
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program for duct installation or sheet metal work is desirable.
Relevant certifications, such as EPA 608 certification (for refrigerant handling) or OSHA 10-hour construction safety training.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in duct installation, demonstrating proficiency in various installation techniques.
