Manage the document lifecycle, ensuring all documents are accurately created, reviewed, and stored in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Implement and maintain a centralized document management system to facilitate easy retrieval and tracking of documents.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of all required documentation, minimizing delays in project timelines.
Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Engineering is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry is essential.
Certifications in Document Control or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ISO are highly regarded.
Proficient in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is a must.
