Job Description

SENIOR STOREKEEPER VACANCY

l Inventory management – Organizing, Despatching, Receiving and Issuing Raw Materials, finished Goods and other Supplies from Warehouse/ Stores, accurately and timely.
l Maintain Accurate records of Inventory and Stock Movement.
l Optimize warehousing Operations, by reducing cost, time, and operational confusion.
l Reconciliation of Physical to System Values of All Raw Materials. Finished Goods at All the times.
l Perform other stock related duties including returning packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
Must Have:
l Education: Diploma/ bachelor’s in supply chain Or Logistic management, is a Must.
l Experience: At least 5-6 Years of Warehouse Firsthand UAE Experience is Mandatory, in a robust environment, and is a Must
l Language: English is a Must.
l Computer Literacy: Is a MUST

Salary Package Starting at AED 5000; depending upon interview.

HYGIENE & QUALITY CONTROLER.

l Must be able to support End-to End Quality Audits on HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 ,SSOP standards and Dubai Municipality Standards inspections.
l Managing food safety compliance and quality assurance for produced items.
l Carry out Quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
l Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
l Ensuring Food Hygiene and Sanitation SOPs at all production areas, dishwashing utilities, receiving and storage areas.
l Inspection of supplier delivery vehicles in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, temperature control, pest infestation, food product packaging and labelling.
l Calibration of all measuring devices before due date and maintaining the records
l Check the personal hygiene of plant personnel and cleanliness of plant premises and laboratory.
l Effectively conduct daily Quality Control testing in compliance with regulatory and customers required standards.
l Conducted routine inspections and sensory checks, preventing contamination risks and ensuring consistent product quality.
Must Have:
l PG Dip. in Food Safety & Quality Management/ (B Tech) in Food Technology is a Must.
l Experience – At least 5-6 Years of Hygiene and QC/QA First hand UAE Experience in a robust environment and is a Must.
l Food Safety Officer Level 3 and above; HACCP level 3 and above for food manufacturing, is a must
l Language: English and Arabic.
l Computer Literacy: Is a MUST
