Job Description

A. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

•Implement and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives for the KSA market.

•Drive business development initiatives to expand retail presence and customer reach across major cities in KSA.

•Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.

•Achieve defined sales targets in terms of value, volume, and market share growth.

•Support management in converting sales objectives into measurable regional action plans.

B. Team Leadership & Performance Management

•Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

•Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions to enhance team capability.

•Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs in coordination with HR.

•Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and results orientation.

C. Retail & Channel Management

•Oversee the performance of all Ajmal retail stores, kiosks, wholesale, and institutional channels within KSA.

•Ensure consistent retail standards, customer experience, and brand presentation.

•Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for optimal inventory availability.

•Ensure smooth execution of sales and customer engagement strategies across all retail touchpoints.

D. Brand & Product Visibility

•Ensure strong brand presence and visibility across the region.

•Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and trade events.

•Provide market insights on consumer preferences and competitor activities to guide marketing and product strategies.

E. Sales Operations & Inventory Control

•Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control across KSA.

•Identify slow-moving SKUs and initiate clearance or promotional strategies.

•Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and drive efficiency in sales and logistics operations.

F. Reporting & Coordination

•Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and business analyses for management.

•Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth business operations.

•Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets, targets, and manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Indian

Any Graduation

Any

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

•Minimum 12–16 years of experience in Sales Management within the Perfume, FMCG, or Luxury Retail industry, preferably in the GCC.

•Proven track record in leading large sales teams and achieving growth targets.

•Strong knowledge of the KSA retail and distribution landscape.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

•Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
