Rubber production supervisor

Job Description

Responsible for implementing the production plan with optimum utilization of machines & technicians and handling production & technicians’ work-related issues.

Participate in Preparing the production plan with the Production Manager. • Assign & distribute the production plan & workloads on the machines & production technicians. • Daily Follow up on the Machine Production rate & scrap rate and handle it to the warehouse. • Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products & communicating with the maintenance. • Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to order specifications & Requirements. • Plan and layout work to meet production and schedule requirements. • Organize the daily attendance & Schedule shifts & Days off for Production Technicians. • Create Manufacturing requests for the CNC workshop and follow up on them. • Responsible for recording Production technicians’ missions & Days off on the HRIS system. • Train newly hired production technicians on production lines & machines & production procedures. • Responsible for handling the production technicians’ work-related issues. • Participates with Rubber Production Engineer in testing New Molds. • Set up and verify the Production Technicians & Machine’s Safety Standards.

Receive Required Raw Materials from warehouses.

5-7 years of Experience in a relevant Rubber industry

Industrial high school diploma

Arabic and basic knowledge of English.

Basic knowledge of M.S. Office & ERP Systems
