Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture), Master of Architecture(Architecture)

Any

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or engineering, demonstrating a proven track record in successful projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED Accredited Professional) to validate expertise in sustainable practices and design.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, enabling effective design and modeling capabilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to clients and team members.
A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and cooperation across multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all designs meet rigorous industry standards and client expectations.
Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections, including navigating various terrains and working in diverse weather conditions.
