Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Onsite Car Battery Technician to join our team in Dubai. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing battery-related issues, replacing car batteries on-site, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer calls for onsite battery replacement or jump-start services.

Diagnose battery, alternator, and starter issues using appropriate testing tools.

Install and replace batteries safely and efficiently for various car brands and models.

Advise customers on suitable battery options based on their car specifications and budget.

Maintain accurate service records and collect payments from customers (cash or card).

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

Ensure company vehicle and tools are well maintained.

Uphold company reputation through professional behavior and excellent customer communication.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a car battery technician or automotive electrician.

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Basic knowledge of car electrical systems and battery diagnostics.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests per day.

Must be presentable, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Willingness to work outdoors and in shifts (including weekends and evenings).
