Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and representing the brand with a high level of integrity and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in selecting services that best meet their needs.
• Clearly explain services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Ensure the store and display areas are always clean, organized, and presentable.
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the Customer Care and Operations teams.
• Stay updated on company promotions and service updates.
• Support management in achieving operational goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Proven sales or retail experience in the UAE (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, motivated, and eager to learn new techniques and skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and common sense in decision-making.
• Target-driven and proactive in approaching customers.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly and effectively.
• Good level of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Compensation:
• Basic Salary: AED 2,500 per month
• Attractive commission scheme based on sales performance
