General Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager – Finishing Fit-out to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of high-end finishing and interior works across mega projects, luxury real estate, or large-scale community developments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a strong delivery track record in the GCC or MENA region, especially on prestigious and high-value developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage the finishing fit-out division, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of all finishing works across multiple high-profile projects.
Define execution strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives and Vision 2030 development goals.
Project Oversight
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-end finishing scopes, including interiors, joinery, façade interfaces, and luxury detailing.
Review and approve project plans, schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and safety standards.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Enforce high-quality standards in materials, craftsmanship, and finishing specifications appropriate for luxury and premium developments.
Ensure compliance with local KSA regulations, international codes, and environmental/sustainability standards.
Team Development & Oversight
Build, lead, and mentor a strong execution team including project managers, engineers, and site staff.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Risk & Cost Control
Monitor project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, cost controls, and value engineering initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National, Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Master of Technology/Engineering, Master of Architecture
Any
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (Master’s Degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in construction finishing and fit-out.
Proven track record of delivering mega projects, luxury developments, or large-scale community projects in the GCC/MENA region.
Strong preference for candidates with KSA experience or familiarity with Saudi building codes and development authorities.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of high-end finishing materials, construction methodologies, project management tools, and quality control systems.
Ability to manage complex interfaces with architecture, MEP, and structural teams.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness in managing multinational teams.
Language:
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
