Lifting Supervisor

Job Description

Develop and implement detailed Lift Plans for all lifting operations.

Coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in compliance with the approved Lifting Plan.

Assess heavy and critical lifts to ensure proper planning, selection of cranes, lifting gear, and supervision.

Conduct safety briefings with the lifting team (crane operators, riggers, signalmen) prior to all lifting operations.

Sri Lankan, Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani

Diploma(Civil)

Male

Education: Diploma/ ITI

Certification: 5-Day Third-Party Lifting Supervisor Training (must attach valid certificate)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects

Language Proficiency: English and Hindi (both required)

Middle East experience will be an added advantage

Mandatory Requirements

Valid 5-Day Third-Party Lifting Supervisor Certificate

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects as a Lifting Supervisor

Proven ability to manage lifting operations safely and efficiently
