Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (Industrial Chemicals) to drive business growth by identifying new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our portfolio of industrial chemicals. The role involves technical sales, relationship management, and market development across manufacturing, coatings, construction, oil & gas, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development
o Identify and approach new clients within target industries
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging trends.
• Sales & Account Management
o Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms within company guidelines.
o Ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Technical Support & Coordination
o Understand product specifications, applications, and safety standards.
o Provide technical advice to customers on usage, storage, and handling of chemicals.
o Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Administration
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities
o Track receivables and support credit control by ensuring timely payments.
o Reports to the Sales Manager/ Director
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial chemicals or related B2B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of chemical applications in industries like coatings, plastics, water treatment, food, oil & gas, or construction, cosmetics, detergents, Animal Feeds etc
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license
