Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in Enterprise Architecture to lead and manage complex digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will not only oversee project delivery but also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and technology execution.
1. Project Management:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure strong project governance, clear decision-making, and effective issue resolution.
• Track KPIs and success metrics to measure project outcomes and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with executives, business owners, and IT leaders to ensure transformation objectives are met.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and design sessions with stakeholders.
2. Enterprise Architecture & SME Role:
• Act as the bridge between strategy, business needs, and technology implementation. Public Public
• Ensure project deliverables comply with enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principles
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on digital trends, architecture best practices, and transformation enablers.
• Provide expert input on target operating models, business/technology capabilities, application portfolio rationalization, and integration patterns.
• Identify risks related to architecture misalignment, legacy dependencies, or scalability issues.

· 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
· 2. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
· 3. Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent).
4. Agile/SAFe certification is desirable.
1. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in enterprise architecture.
2. 5+ years in project/program management with a focus on digital transformation or large-scale IT initiatives.
3. Proven experience aligning digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT delivery with minimum 2 projects with same scope.
4. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
