Technician- Condition Monitoring

Job Description

Follow client safety rules and use monitoring tools (e.g., IR, PD, oil analysis).
Inspect substations, report abnormalities, and maintain accurate records.
Assist supervisors, complete tasks on time, and ensure tool care.
Respond to emergencies and support monthly condition monitoring reports.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical), Bachelor of Science(Physics)

Any

Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution / college / university acceptable to KAHRAMAA.
Ability to communicate, read and write in English at Secondary School Level.
More than 08 years of experience with a minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in condition monitoring, of primary substations (switchgears, power transformers & reactors, etc.) in major utilities/ organizations at voltage levels of 400kV, 220kV, 132kV, 66kV, 33kV and 11kV.
Good knowledge in condition monitoring techniques of transmission primary substations.
Certification courses if any for non-destructive testing (NDT), IR Thermography, Partial Discharge measurement, oil analysis.
Known knowledge of working in networking, interfaces between online condition monitoring equipment, smart devices preferred.
Knowledge of Safety Rules in Energy (Power & Utilities) sector.
Ability of identifying the parts and usage of proper tools.
