About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Sales Agent to join our growing team at Velux Rentals, Dubai’s leading luxury yacht rental company.
Your main role is to handle client inquiries, check yacht availability with our partners, organize bookings, and ensure every client receives a smooth, high-end experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reply quickly and professionally to leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable yacht option.

Coordinate with yacht operators and team members to confirm availability.

Prepare quotations and close bookings confidently.

Upsell add-ons (BBQ, catering, decorations, water sports, etc.).

Maintain accurate booking and client records.

Follow up with clients after trips to ensure satisfaction and collect reviews.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Strong sales and customer service mindset.

Fast typing, organized, and detail-oriented.

Quick learner with good understanding of luxury service tone.

Knowledge of Dubai tourism or yacht industry is a plus.

Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
