Job Description

Act as the EMS (Environmental Management System) focal point for the operations department, reporting to the Group Lead.
Support field teams in managing daily environmental impacts, audits, and incident investigations.
Review annual environmental objectives and ensure departmental compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular EMS assessments and E&OH inspections ECAs, OHHAs, CEHAs, RPAs, NORM & EH surveys.
Monitor key performance indicators for flaring, SO₂, GHG emissions, water conservation, and energy usage.
Review new or updated operational procedures to identify potential environmental impacts.
Prepare non-compliance and inspection reports, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement.
Advise operations management on environmental risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any European National, Saudi Arabian, British (UK)

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Environmental), Bachelor of Science(Any, Environmental science)

Male

Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and HSE systems in drilling or upstream oil & gas operations.
Experience in environmental monitoring, audits, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor degree in, Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or in a related discipline from an accredited entity or equivalent. A Master’s Degree or PhD is preferable.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in environmental compliance related to drilling and completion operations.
