Production Supervisor

Job Description

1、Production Management & Delivery: Oversee the daily operations of the indoor and outdoor AC assembly lines, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and efficiency targets are met to fulfill the daily production schedule.

2、On-site Problem Solving: Respond promptly to and coordinate the resolution of line abnormalities (e.g., materials, equipment, process), ensuring smooth workflow and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency.

3、Team Building & Training: Manage frontline operators, including task allocation and skill development. Focus on training new hires in Standardized Work Procedures to build a high-performing team.

4、Continuous Improvement & 5S: Implement and uphold the 5S management system on the shop floor. Lead or participate in basic Kaizen activities to optimize the working environment and production processes.

1、Experience: Minimum of 2 years of production line management experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in the home appliance industry is preferred.

2、Technical Knowledge: Proficient in the assembly processes and techniques for residential air conditioning units.

3、Language Skills: Possess effective English communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.

4、Professional Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
