Job Description
Inside Sales Executive – Furniture Showroom
Serve walk-in customers and WhatsApp/phone inquiries; qualify needs, recommend products, and close sales
Prepare quotes, invoices, and pro-formas; follow up on leads and pending approvals
Maintain product knowledge (woods, fabrics, finishes, custom options, lead times, care)
Coordinate with production/warehouse for order status, delivery dates, and after-sales support
Keep CRM updated (leads, opportunities, follow-ups, conversion notes)
Upsell accessories (rugs, lamps, cushions) and cross-sell matching pieces
Manage showroom display standards and price tags; restock samples and swatches
Collect payments (card/cash/bank transfer) and reconcile daily sales
