Job Title: MEP Engineer (Fit-Out Experience)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for interior fit-out projects, including design coordination, supplier management, site supervision, and staff training/recruitment to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate MEP design with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Review drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage and liaise with suppliers and local factories for materials and equipment.
• Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and leverage industry connections.
• Assist in fit-out design development and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Recruit, train, and mentor junior MEP staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.
• Support preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years’ experience in MEP and interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in staff recruitment and training.
• Strong network or connections with local suppliers and factories.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
