Job Description
Administer dialysis treatments, meticulously monitoring patients’ vital signs and overall well-being throughout the procedure.
Operate and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring they function optimally and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
Assess patients’ vascular access sites (fistulas, grafts, catheters), performing necessary dressing changes and interventions to prevent complications.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating the foundational knowledge and legal authorization to practice.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, reflecting a commitment to advanced education and critical thinking skills.
Certified in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN), showcasing specialized expertise in dialysis care.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dialysis setting, providing a proven track record of practical skills and clinical judgment.
