Job Description

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets within the assigned area/region.
Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, service quality, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Monitor store performance, sales targets, and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with outlet managers to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and their teams to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs for staff development.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
Financial & Business Performance

Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L statements for all outlets.
Analyze sales trends, market opportunities, and customer feedback to drive revenue growth.
Implement promotional and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety, legal, and company policies across all outlets.
Conduct regular audits to maintain operational excellence and customer experience standards.
Manage vendor relationships and supply chain efficiency for smooth operations.
Strategic & Expansion Responsibilities

Contribute to business expansion by identifying potential new locations or formats.
Support new store openings, from site readiness to team onboarding.
Provide insights to senior management on market trends and competitive positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Jordanian, Saudi Arabian, Pakistani

Diploma, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration

Male

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in F&B operations management, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-outlet leadership role.
Industry Exposure: Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), casual dining, café chains, or hotel F&B background preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Ability to drive operational excellence and customer-centric service.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and POS or ERP systems.
Personal Attributes:
High energy, integrity, and result-oriented approach.
Flexibility to travel extensively across assigned territories.
