Sales Executive – Technical Services (Renovation Fit-Out Projects)

Job Description

FSW Atelier Technical Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our renovation, maintenance, and fit-out services across residential and commercial sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for renovation and technical service projects.
Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase company services.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and online marketing.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in construction, renovation, or technical services).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of UAE market and customer base.
