Retail Sales Executive – Fengshui Shop (Dubai)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Location: Multiple store locations across Dubai

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Retail Sales Executive to join our Fengshui lifestyle and wellness shop.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and learn about each Fengshui product to confidently explain and demonstrate its purpose and benefits to customers.
Provide excellent customer service while promoting sales and encouraging customers to purchase products.
Maintain shop cleanliness and ensure all product shelves, cabinets, and display areas are spotless and well-organized.
Keep accurate stock counts, update daily closing balances, and report inventory movements.
Collect stocks from the warehouse and replenish shelves as required.
Coordinate and arrange deliveries for online orders.
Assist in finalizing sales accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Work toward achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the shop.
Compensation & Commission
Basic salary as per company standards.
3% commission on total sales upon achieving a monthly target of AED 30,000.
Qualities Required
Punctual, polite, and customer-friendly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart appearance with very good personal hygiene.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork spirit.
Passion for wellness, energy products, or holistic living is an advantage.
Dress Code
For interview and daily duty: White shirt, black trousers, and black shoes.
Uniforms are not provided — candidates must maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
