Job Description
To carry out administrative tasks of a department / business line to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Adherence to the department policies, processes and procedures.
Takes appointments and schedules meetings
Performs administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Follows-up to ensure transactions are completed as requested and in a timely manner
Coordinates with other departments to facilitate bureaucratic procedures
Orders office supplies as required to ensure stock is always available for department usage
Notifies IT of any issues and follows-up to ensure satisfactory resolution
