Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundation in real estate principles.
A valid real estate license is mandatory, demonstrating compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, showcasing a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
Preference for candidates with experience in residential real estate, as well as familiarity with commercial properties being a plus.
