About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Facilities Management (FM), MEP, and Technical Services, with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone with deep market knowledge of the UAE FM sector and a strong network within real estate, corporate, and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facilities Management and Technical Services across Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and bids for FM and technical contracts.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client needs are fully understood and proposals are technically sound.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
• Manage the end-to-end business development process — from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within the FM or MEP/technical services sector in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of integrated FM solutions, hard and soft services, and technical maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• UAE driving license preferred.
